Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Wisconsin to connect communities with reliable telecom services. You’ll meet prospects face-to-face, tailor recommendations, and close deals for high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and tailor pitches.
• Must be able to travel locally and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals highlighting Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Meet monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights.
