Job summary

Optimum is seeking a motivated Door to Door Sales Representative in Georgetown, TX. You will engage customers in the field, presenting telecom solutions, capturing needs, and guiding them to the best Optimum packages, including high-speed internet and TV services.

You’ll earn base pay plus commissions with extensive training and benefits. The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license for on-site visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer/technical skills supporting customer solutions.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Customize telecom solutions tailored to each customer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing and features.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches in the field and address concerns.
• Close deals and negotiate terms with customers.
• Complete paperwork, contracts and reports accurately.
