Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow residential service adoption through in-person visits and consultative needs analyses. You’ll present Spectrum’s high‑speed data, TV and mobile solutions while building lasting relationships with customers and communities in your territory.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and the ability to work evenings/weekends to maximize prospect contact; compensation includes base pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to tailor pitches to customers.
• Willingness to travel locally and to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager
