Job summary

Rightfiber is seeking an Installer I to perform installation and repair of voice, video, and high-speed data services for residential and small/medium business customers using copper, coax, and fiber. You will locate faults, perform groundings, and ensure service quality in a field setting.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining cable plant, coordinating with dispatch and other teams, traveling to sites, and adhering to OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with related technical training preferred.
One year of experience installing and repairing telecommunication equipment and services over copper or HFC networks; experience with both preferred.

Responsibilities

Installs Ritter services including coax, copper, and fiber; identifies correct cable pair.
Locates and repairs faults; tests and records readings.
Maintains and repairs equipment; coordinates with internal departments to update records.
Travels to customer sites and works on FTTH and security installations as needed.
