Job summary

Ritter Communications is seeking an Installer I to install and repair voice, video, and high-speed data services for residential and SMB customers. The role involves copper, coax, and fiber work, including splicing fiber to FTTH installations and coordinating with dispatch and field teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (technical training preferred), at least one year of telecom installation experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience installing telecom equipment and services preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair voice, video, and data services via copper, coax, and fiber.
• Identify correct cable pairs, perform grounding and wiring tasks.
• Locate and repair faults, check readings, and update internal records.
