Job summary

Ritter Communications Holdings, LLC, headquartered in Jonesboro, AR, seeks an Installer I to install and repair voice, video, and high-speed data services across copper, coax, and fiber networks for residential and small/medium business customers.

The role requires field work, strong technical aptitude, and a focus on service quality. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a growing telecom provider serving the Mid-South.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related technical training preferred.
• One year of experience in installation and repair of telecommunication equipment; both copper and HFC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs Ritter services including coax, copper, and fiber delivery; identifies correct cable pair in pedestals or terminal blocks.
• Locates trouble in service installations; repairs or replaces faults.
• Coordinates with Dispatch and other departments to update billing and records.
• Travels to customer sites for installations and repairs; ensures safety standards.
• Maintains safety equipment according to OSHA and company rules.
