Job summary

Katalyst CRO in Boston is seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst to act as hands-on resource within the Veeva ecosystem. You will configure, implement, and optimize Veeva CRM solutions across the Commercial IT landscape, translating business needs into working platform configurations.

The ideal candidate merges deep Veeva proficiency with a strong understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences requirements, collaborates with business and IT stakeholders, and ensures compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Senior-level hands-on experience configuring and implementing Veeva CRM in Pharma/Life Sciences.
Strong understanding of the Commercial IT landscape.
Experience with Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats preferred.
Ability to translate business needs into platform configurations.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions hands-on within Pharma/Life Sciences.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and scalable platform solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure reliability and performance.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective Veeva-based solutions.
Support and enhance Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats implementations as needed.
Ensure configurations and solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
