Job summary
Katalyst CRO in Cambridge, MA seeks a Techno-Functional Analyst to hands-on configure and optimize Veeva CRM solutions across the Commercial IT landscape.
The ideal candidate combines deep Veeva stack expertise with business awareness to translate requirements into working platform configurations and deliver reliable, compliant solutions.
You will partner with business and IT stakeholders and support Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats implementations as needed.
Qualifications
- Senior-level hands-on experience configuring and implementing Veeva CRM in a Pharma/Life Sciences environment.
- Strong understanding of the Commercial IT landscape and supporting systems.
- Experience with Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats (strongly preferred).
- Ability to bridge technical and functional domains, converting business needs into platform configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain Veeva CRM in Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial IT.
- Translate business needs into technical configurations, workflows, and scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot Veeva issues to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver Veeva-based solutions.
- Support and enhance Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats as needed.
- Ensure configurations meet best practices and regulatory standards.
