Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support network operations in the Denver market, covering sites in Aurora, CO. You will be a generalist handling technical support, project coordination, and operational enhancements to improve reliability.

The role requires knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, 5G NR, and disaster recovery. Independently manage tasks, learn continuously, and contribute to process improvements for robust service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-4 years working in Field Operations/maintenance.
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and standards.
• Grow skills through ongoing training to stay current on systems and products.
