Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across Western Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia.

You will cover sites in the Pittsburgh market, perform technical support, manage small projects, and contribute to process improvements. You should bring a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in field operations or wireless telecommunications, and strong knowledge of RAN, backhaul, 5G NR, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
