Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for an impactful Field Technician to support network operations in Southwestern Kentucky by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve performance and reliability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain knowledge of systems, products, and standards
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management
