Job summary

T-Mobile in Denver is seeking an impactful Field Technician to support the Denver market, applying expertise in radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, and 5G NR to maintain and improve network performance. You will cover a broad geography, resolving issues and contributing to ongoing improvements while collaborating with a team.

The role requires hands-on telecom experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to manage smaller projects and on-call

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
Develop yourself through continuous learning – completing training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and product in order to grow skills and to expand proficiency in alignment with organizational values and requirements.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
