Job summary

T-Mobile in Southwestern Kentucky is seeking a Field Technician to support network operations across a wide service area. You will resolve network performance issues, manage project segments, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with senior technicians.

This role requires a blend of wireless technology knowledge, independent work capability, and strong communication. Travel across the market and on-call rotation are expected, with a base pay range and annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience (Required).
• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
