Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support Engineering & Operations across a wide Piedmont Triad/North Carolina–Virginia border territory. The role blends technical support, project execution, and process improvements to sustain network performance and reliability.

You will cover a large regional footprint, work independently, and collaborate with senior technicians to resolve outages, manage projects, and document procedures. Flexible hours and on‑call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 2–4 years in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
• 2–4 years Wireless telecommunications or related experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
