Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or deep technical/field experience accepted.
• 2–4 years in field operations or related technical roles.
• 2–4 years in wireless telecommunications or related field.
• Basic knowledge of RF, antennas, power systems, and network design.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Resolve network performance issues and support outage resolution.
• Project Support: Assist in key projects with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Operations: Help develop documentation, job aids, and procedures.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving telecom technologies.
