Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a proactive Field Technician to support the Engineering & Operations team across the Piedmont Triad region and the NC–VA border. You will cover a broad area, applying technical knowledge to maintain network performance and reliability while assisting with projects and operational improvements.

You should bring a mix of wireless industry exposure, field operations experience, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience required.
• 2–4 years working in Field Operations and maintenance (preferred).
• 2–4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience (preferred).
• RF transmitters, antenna systems, RF components and power systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outages.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
• Identify and propose process improvements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and documentation with senior technicians.
