Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a motivated Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations teams across the Philadelphia market and surrounding suburbs. The role focuses on maintaining network performance, resolving issues, and driving improvements in field operations.

You will work hands-on with RAN, backhaul, signaling, and power systems, traveling as needed and collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or 2–4 years of field ops experience.
• 2–4 years in wireless telecommunications or related field.
• Knowledge of RF, antennas, fiber, microwave, and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: resolve network issues and outages; identify improvement opportunities.
• Project Support: assist in tracking and reporting on key projects.
• Operations: help develop docs, job aids, and procedures.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on evolving tech and company standards.
