Cable One, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to install customer service drops and outlets in homes and businesses in Kirksville, MO.

You will use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot service drops, diagnose reception problems, and repair from the customer’s equipment to the first distribution amplifier output. You will ensure correct signal levels, educate customers on equipment upgrades, and be prepared for overtime/on-call shifts in a dynamic field

Qualificações

• 3+ months of customer service or related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and operate in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot reception issues and repair from customer equipment to the distribution output.
• Ensure proper upstream/downstream signal levels at each termination and educate customers on equipment upgrades.
• Take on additional duties to support the company’s purpose and values.
