Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to install and service customer drops and outlets in homes and businesses. You’ll train with mentors, use diagnostic tools, and work with a company-provided truck and uniform. This role offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

The position requires a valid driver's license, physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, and flexibility for overtime/on-call work. We value customer focus and teamwork across our brand family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record in the applying state.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair service drops and outlets.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Educate customers on new or existing equipment and potential upgrades.
• Take on additional duties to support company goals and values.
