Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to install and service customer connections. You will receive extensive training, a company truck and tools, and uniforms to support success in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer service or related experience or training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in the applying state; good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use training to troubleshoot with electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination.
• Suggest upgrades and educate customers on equipment and services.
• Perform other duties to support company goals and values.
