Cable One, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to install customer service drops and outlets for residential and business properties. You will gain hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and electronic test equipment, ensuring signal levels meet standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ months of customer service or related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders, work in all weather.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair customer service drops or outlets.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Proactively suggest upgrades and educate customers on equipment.
• Support the company’s values and take on other duties as needed.
