Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to install customer service drops and outlets in residential and commercial sites. You will troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and ensure correct signal levels throughout the network.

Respondents will undergo extensive training, receive a company truck and tools, and enjoy a benefits package. This role supports a collaborative, growth-oriented work culture in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• 3+ months of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Troubleshoot with electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination.
• Educate customers on equipment and potential upgrades; adapt to other duties as needed.
