Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to install customer service drops and outlets, troubleshoot with electronic test equipment, and ensure proper signal levels for residential and business sites. The role includes on‑the‑job training, mentor support, and a company truck with necessary tools.

You will be expected to work with customers, handle overtime/on‑call shifts, and participate in our comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 months of customer service or related experience or training; education/experience combination accepted.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair service drops/outlets.
• Ensure correct upstream and downstream signal levels at terminations on customer premises.
• Educate customers on new/existing equipment and potential upgrades.
• Support company values and take on duties to help drive the organization.
