Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to install customer service drops and outlets at residential and commercial sites. You will use electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair service issues, ensuring proper signal levels from the customer premises outward.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license in the applying state.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair service drops or outlets.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination.
• Educate customers on new or existing equipment and suggest upgrades.
• Perform other duties to support company goals and values.
