Job summary

Yardi is seeking a Field Technician to install, repair, and maintain gas, electric, and water sub-metering equipment across client sites in the United States. You will ensure safety compliance, review project documentation, and support new installations and surveys while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of technical experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with AMR and metering technologies. CA roles require a California license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of technical/trade experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of metering and AMR technologies.
• CA assignments require California Service Agent license.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, diagnose, and maintain gas, electric, and water sub-metering equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance during installations and maintenance activities.
• Review installation/maintenance reports and documentation (scope of work, site plans, meter health audits).
• Adhere to predefined installation schedules set by project leader and client.
• Submit survey documentation and scope of work for site surveys.
