Conservice LLC is seeking a hands-on Meter Technician in the DC metro area to install, calibrate, and service water, gas, and electric submeters at multifamily properties. The role involves travel and fieldwork, with a company vehicle provided.

This full-time position requires a valid driver's license, OSHA-10 certification (or completion within 90 days), and reliable attendance. You will work to ensure accurate utility billing data and professional service for property owners and managers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record and no DUI in past 5 years.
• OSHA-10 certification at hire or within 90 days.
• Ability to meet schedule, travel, and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, calibrate, and replace water, gas, and electric submeters at multifamily properties.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot meter performance and data transmission.
• Maintain accurate field records and complete work orders daily.
• Represent Conservice professionally with property owners and contractors.
