Job summary

Conservice is a leading utility and billing management company serving multifamily housing. Meter Technicians install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair water, gas, and electric submeters and their communication systems across properties to ensure accurate billing data collection.

This is a hands-on field role with up to 25% travel, overtime, and physical work. A company vehicle is provided, and candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks and OSHA-10 requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license with clean record and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• Must have REAL ID-compliant ID or equivalent for air travel.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• OSHA-10 certification at hire or within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to meet schedule, overtime, travel, and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, configure, calibrate, and replace water, gas, and electric submeters and communication systems at multifamily properties, new construction sites, and select retail locations.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot meter performance, connectivity, and data transmission; repair or replace faulty equipment.
• Represent Conservice professionally with property owners, managers, contractors, and retail staff; answer submetering questions and resolve service needs.
• Keep accurate records of all field work; upload work orders, photos, and notes daily; follow SOPs and safety policies.
