Job summary

Conservice is seeking a hands-on Meter Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, gas, and electric submeters at multifamily properties and select locations. The role requires travel up to 25% with overnight stays and overtime.

You will work with property owners, managers, and staff, ensuring accurate data collection for billing. The position includes a company vehicle, equipment and safety training, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm and potential shifts based on access

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with clean record and reliability to travel up to 25%.
• REAL ID-compliant ID or equivalent for air travel.
• Comfortable using a laptop, smartphone and mobile work apps.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, configure, calibrate and replace water, gas, and electric submeters and communication systems at properties.
• Inspect, test and troubleshoot meter performance and data transmission.
• Represent Conservice professionally with property owners, managers, contractors, and staff.
• Keep accurate field records and upload work orders, photos and notes daily.
• Follow safety SOPs and department processes.
