Job summary

Conservice is hiring a Meter Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot water, gas, and electric submeters across multifamily properties. This full-time field role requires travel, on-site problem solving, and precise data collection.

Expect early starts, overtime, and occasional overnights with a company vehicle and gas card provided. You will document work orders and coordinate with property staff while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license with clean record and no recent violations.
• OSHA-10 certification or complete within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, calibrate, and replace submeters and communication systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot meter performance and data transmission.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety policies.
