Job summary

Conservice LLC is seeking a Meter Technician to install, service, and calibrate water submeters in multifamily properties. You will work with property staff to ensure accurate consumption data and reliable billing.

The role requires physical work, travel, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate a Windows laptop for reporting. Conservice provides training and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters and related systems in multifamily properties.

• Calibrate meters and verify accurate water consumption measurements.
• Collaborate with property staff and managers to address questions and concerns.
• Maintain records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
