Job summary

EchoStar Technician role involves visiting customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. You will educate customers on use and offer additional services, while maintaining a clean, professional work area.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and create great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and determination to work in varied spaces and weather.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
