Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll visit customers, solve problems, and help them understand their new technology.

You’ll work independently but stay connected with the team, with training provided and opportunities for career growth. The role requires travel, occasional evenings or weekends, and the physical ability to climb ladders and lift gear.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License: Clean record required.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel; evenings/weekends/holidays may be required.
• Physical Ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; meet weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic while coordinating with the team.
