Job summary

EchoStar is seeking technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate clients on usage and offer additional services when helpful, while maintaining a professional, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Flexibility to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and varied weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes and install or service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
