EchoStar technicians visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, educating users on operation and additional services. The role emphasizes a professional, safe approach and the ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and varied weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities
