Job summary

EchoStar Corporation is seeking a Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes. You’ll visit customers, solve problems, educate them on their tech, and deliver an outstanding home-based experience.

You’ll be trained to lead the charge for a world-class customer experience, with opportunities for career growth, pay increases after 6 months, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible to travel and shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
