EchoStar is hiring a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You’ll be trained to deliver a world-class customer experience and may travel within your designated area.

You’ll teach customers how to use their tech, promote additional services when helpful, and keep a neat, professional work area while working independently but staying connected with the team.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders and lift heavy items; meet weight limits.
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional attitude on the job.
