Job summary

EchoStar is looking for a field technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate users on how to operate their systems. You will work independently with a focus on excellent customer experience while coordinating with a local team for support.

The role offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and competitive benefits. You may be assigned flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, with travel to different service locations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
