Job summary

EchoStar is recruiting technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage, offer additional services, and keep a clean, professional workspace while coordinating with the team.

This role supports a world-class customer experience and requires travel to customer sites. Compensation includes potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, along with paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Proven customer focus and service mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in varied conditions.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities
