EchoStar technicians visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, while educating customers on usage and potential add-ons. You’ll work independently yet stay connected with the team, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Flexible schedule; willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
