Job summary

EchoStar is seeking field technicians to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You’ll work independently while staying connected with the team and deliver high-quality service during each home visit.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel as needed and work varied shifts, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs and meet weight limits.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
