Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking Traveling Renewable Energy Field Technicians to support BESS, utility-scale solar, renewable energy, commissioning, startup, and power infrastructure projects across the United States.

You will travel to project sites, read electrical drawings and procedures, assist startup and testing, and perform troubleshooting while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting battery energy storage, solar, renewable energy, utility, or power generation projects.
• Experience with electrical equipment installation, startup, commissioning, testing, or troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, or technical procedures.
• Willingness to travel for project-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites across the United States to support BESS and solar projects.
• Assist startup, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Work in safety-critical environments with a strong focus on quality and procedures.
