Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs.
• Conduct daily inspections of property grounds and common areas.
• Assist with apartment turns including painting and repairs.
