Qualifications

• Two years of facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests quickly across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems year-round.
• Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exteriors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to prevent issues.
• Monitor and maintain community pools.
• Supervise outside vendors to ensure quality work.
• Assist with light landscaping, trash pickup, and sidewalk cleaning.
• Prepare units move-in ready by completing repairs.
• Report safety issues and follow safety regulations.
• Assist with special maintenance projects as needed.
