Qualifications
- 3 years field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience (printers, PCs, POS).
- Lexmark certifications and experience; printer break-fix and installs.
- Experience with Lexmark, HP, Dell, and Lenovo printers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Drive to client sites and provide IT support to multiple customers.
- Repair and replace on POS, laptops, desktops, printers, and network equipment.
- Run break-fix and IMAC calls; provide level of support per client.
- Troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripherals.
- Document and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
- Train employees and maintain customer focus.
