Boston Document Systems is hiring an entry level Field Service Technician to install and service copier/printer equipment across MA and surrounding areas. The role combines on-site and remote support, with emphasis on customer service and reliable problem solving.

You will use your electromechanical skills to install machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime for clients. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Systems skills including Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install and service copier/printer office equipment at client sites.
• Troubleshoot advanced maintenance issues and perform repairs.
• Set up and install copier systems at customer locations.
• Provide onsite and remote support and customer service to clients.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and report needs.
