Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Field Technician to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment.

You will travel to customer sites to perform break-fix services, deployments, and technology refresh initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in desktop support, field services, or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, device management tools, and ticketing systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for network, server and peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Perform equipment installation, configuration, upgrades, and replacements.
• Travel to customer sites for break-fix services, deployments, and technology refreshes.
• Provide hands-and-eyes support for infrastructure, server, and network teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and asset assignments.
• Deliver professional and responsive support to end users and stakeholders.
• Follow IT processes, security policies, and compliance requirements.
