Aetos Holdings Limited is seeking an IT Technician to support store-level operations across Florida. You will assist lead technicians and engineers, install and troubleshoot IT equipment, and help deploy new projects and technologies to keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities include configuring hardware and software, documenting work, rotating weekend support, and coordinating with vendors when needed to resolve issues quickly and reliably.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and servicing IT equipment (printers, PCs, POS terminals, routers, cameras).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and documenting work.

Responsabilités

• Install and service IT equipment (printers, PCs, POS terminals, routers, cameras).
• Use ticketing system to record and track daily activities and resolutions.
• Escalate serious issues to vendors or third party support.
• Respond to problems on PCs, printers, monitors, and restaurant menu boards.
• Load and configure operating systems and software.
• Document all work and inventory movements (hardware relocation).
• Participate in rotational weekend support across store locations.
