Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across Northern New York, including Franklin and St. Lawrence counties and towns like Malone, Potsdam, and Canton.

You will maintain network performance and assist in improvements across the market. The role requires a solid understanding of RAN, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, with knowledge of network design, capacity planning, and power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent field experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or related technical roles
• 2–4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network performance issues, outages, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support key projects with accurate tracking, reporting, and communication
• Develop documentation, job aids, and procedures
• Stay current with evolving technologies, systems and company standards
