Job summary

Wiliot is seeking Field Technicians to join our Dallas and Bentonville teams. This hands-on, customer-facing role deploys and supports Wiliot’s IoT solutions in real-world environments.

You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers to ensure successful implementation, performance, and adoption of Wiliot solutions in diverse customer sites. The role requires traveling locally and occasionally regionally, with an emphasis on field problem-solving and customer

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics, networking, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in field service, technical support, or installation roles (IoT, telecom, or hardware environments preferred).
• Basic understanding of wireless technologies such as BLE, RFID, or RF systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with hardware tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally regionally) to customer sites.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed for installations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Wiliot IoT solutions at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers to bring solutions from concept to deployment.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of Wiliot products in real-world environments.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and validation of equipment performance for customers.
