Job summary

Wiliot is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help customers deploy and scale the Wiliot platform in real-world environments. You will blend solution engineering, technical deployment, and customer collaboration to turn enterprise workflows into concrete architectures and integrations.

You will work with customers, product teams, and engineering to design end-to-end solutions, build scripts and prototypes, and troubleshoot deployments to ensure reliable production use across operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Lead the technical deployment of Wiliot solutions with enterprise customers.

This role combines solution engineering, technical deployment, and customer collaboration. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to design and implement solutions that integrate the Wiliot platform into customer operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IoT systems, supply chain technology, or hardware-enabled platforms
• Experience designing technical architectures or integrations
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or scripting for integrations and automation
• Experience working with enterprise customers and production deployments
